Landmark Monument
The University of Dhaka has allocated development funds for the “construction of Landmark Monument: Celebrating 100 Years of the University of Dhaka and Golden Jubilee of Independence of Bangladesh” in mall area on the spot earlier selected to construct “Kendrio Shahid Minar” by Ex. VC Professor Dr. Muzaffar Ahmed Chaudhury in 1972. The Landmark Monument will represent the DU over its 100 years journey incorporating knowledge and our struggle for freedom.
